Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the request must be initiated within this period by contacting our team.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The product must not have been altered, stitched, or customized
  • The saree must be free from any stains, perfume, or deodorant marks

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for pickup if applicable.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is available, we will ship the replacement after receiving the returned item. If not available, a full refund will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or altered sarees
  • Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
  • Items returned without original tags and packaging

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
